UNWANTED PRODUCTS

We are pleased to offer our customers a 28 days peace of mind guarantee on any purchases made with Fun world toys. 

Just return your toys in a re-saleable condition and ensure the toys are in its original package within 28 days after your purchases. 

We regret we are unable to offer our 28 days return policy on any items that are not in a re-saleable condition and these products may be returned to you at your cost.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We are sorry if the product is proven to be faulty which may occasionally though we do our best to check every products before we dispatch the toys to you. 

Our promise to either replace the faulty products (subject to the stock availability) or refund the faulty items. We can assure you we sell high quality products and we take all matters of the quality issue seriously. We regret that the policy does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. 

We will cover the standard return postage for faulty products.
